SEWING & Fabrication Studio

The Sewing and Fabrication Studio @ East Community Center is a community resource offering beginning and special interest instruction, special creative community projects, and open studio time for groups and individuals in the Littleton area.

Classes for beginners and intermediate sewers are supported by friendly knowledgeable volunteers and are free or reasonably priced to build our community of helpers.

Classes are small and personal, with everything you need to get started -- sewing machines, specialty equipment including sergers and heavy duty machines, scissors, needle and thread, and more.

For more information about programming, please contact Steven Newell.

Beginners Studio Class

Are you interested in learning to sew?

Our Beginners Studio Class is a casual opportunity to work on a project with fellow crafters. This two-hour class will give you a foundation for machine sewing. You will learn to thread the machine and use different stitch settings to complete your first project - like a tote bag, pillow, or gift bag - while you develop your skills and connect with fellow learners.

Ages 12 and up are welcome!
